Increasingly, users are requesting that different third-party systems can talk with one-another. We have been working closely with Allianz to provide a link to their internal system which can be automatically populated on to the live RiskWise system. Such data transfer functionality not only ensures accuracy of information and peace of mind, but also saves time and resources in the process.
Similarly, although inspections are currently recorded as one-offs, this new functionality avoids double-entry by allowing ‘reviews’ to be recorded and appear in the Year Planner and Event Matrix.

F&C Reit Subscribing to RiskWise
S2 Partnership is delighted to announce that as of November 2011 we will be providing Risk Management services and RiskWise to F&C REIT Asset Management. The services will cover 87 sites that include retail, retail warehouses, offices and industrial properties throughout the UK.

Enhanced Contractor Module
With the work of contractors on site posing significant risk liabilities, selecting the right contractor is paramount. Providing a comprehensive and effective way of managing contractors and their work, the enhanced Contractor Module includes a flexible management database of approved contractors, a library of contractor information including assessments, safety risk assessments, policy information and method statements.
Crucially, it provides transparency through the comprehensive contractor assessment and feedback feature. On completion of the job, users are prompted to record and score their experience of a contractor’s work, rather like on Ebay, which is then recorded on the system.
