What does it do?
This module allows clients to easily and accurately log and manage all accidents, incidents and personal injuries that occur in their properties. Users are prompted to collect all appropriate information, including documentation and photography, as soon as possible – particularly important if there is the possibility of litigation.
As you’d expect with such a flexible system, reporting categories such as severity or special circumstances can be added or amended as required. Any remedial actions are tracked through to resolution.
